PRIVATE YOGA
Private yoga classes enable you to really start understanding your own body and to have the class tailored around you, around the physical aspects you are looking to work with, as well as having the freedom to have the class in the comfort of your own home at a time convenient to you.

One to one or small group sessions can help beginners to settle in to yoga or for the more advanced to learn the more challenging postures with a bit more focus. It will help understand the postures much quicker and see the benefits faster than in a class situation. In order to really reap the benefits a regular practice is necessary. Yoga can be used as a tool for therapeutic reasons for example stress, back pain, recovery from an injury, depression, and anxiety.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE
Relax & Restore
In this unique healing system of Thai Yoga Massage, also called Nuad Boran, the practitioner guides the client through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.
Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor; both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility.
